“My room was clean, but the one Mattress was completely unusable with big grooves in it where people had been sleeping for probably 100 years. The bathtub did not drain. There was dog poop all over the grounds surrounding the hotel that nobody had picked up. It would be a lot smarter for them to put up some poop stations for people who are unprepared and don’t bring a bag to clean up. The location is excellent and a close proximity to a lot of shopping and dining. My room had so much air……

“Great room on the first floor, easy check-in and very quiet. Always my go to when I’m home in Lima.”

“The hotel is clean. The woman who checked me in was nice. However, when I called the next day about a random additional charge on my card, the person I spoke to was very unpleasant. If you’re traveling with a dog, do NOT stay here. The pet fee is $75! Most hotels have between a $15-$25 dollar pet fee. I was told what the fee was when I checked in. I just paid for my stay and checked out the next morning. Then I noticed an additional $25 charge on my card. When I called, they said they hadn’t……

“The woman at the front desk for check-in was so nice, helpful and informative. She had no issue when I returned to the desk with two bath towels and a hand towel that appeared to still be dirty. The room was FREEZING and smelled like stale pot smoke. One bed had holes in the sheets and "comforter." The beds were way too squishy. When I sat on the edge, I felt like I was sitting on the floor. The floor was sticky and dirty. I forgot my slip on shoes, so I left my shoes on as long as I……

“It was terrible it took like three minutes to get my hair wet in the shower. I have short hair and black mold on the ceiling,dirty toilet, stains on the sheets and no smoking room. Guess what if you don't smoke you will get a room with burn holes in the floor and smoke smell.”

“It was just spectacular It wasn’t just a stay, it was an experience, the house was well maintained beautifully decorated, it was like a time travel to the Victorian era The breakfast was good but not for me, I don’t eat pork, and all what they served has pork in it, but other than that, I loved it and for sure if I am back in the area, that’s the place to go Thanks”
