Dated but doable. On a business trip it was ok, but if I was with my wife she would not have stayed there. Carpet is old and needing replaced. There IS NO ELEVATOR if you have issues with stairs.

This is probably a great hotel and it’s hay day, but it seemed better days and it’s a little worn for the wear. Other than that I would recommend it and stay there again.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice pool area but lots of wear and tear in chairs and umbrellas. Our room has bathtub drain issues, was worked on but still drained slow, the bathroom vent did not function! Breakfast was great until the last day, Sunday, no hot breakfast as we had all of the other mornings, supposedly “didn’t have a chef”.

The photos do not match the facility. The bathroom I stayed in was filthy. The toilet has feces on the bottom outside rim of toilet. The shower was suppose to be white but it was gray from dirt. The towels were dirty and had hair on them and what looked like food stains. I was unable to take a shower before I left. I checked in late in evening and went straight to sleep. I didn’t go into bathroom until next morning but I went to the desk to complain and showed them photos and the attendant at desk was not very hellpful. He called the person in charge of cleaning so that I can complain to them. I had to travel home without taking a shower. I would never stay in this facility again. They offered nothing but an apology.

I have an overall 4 stars, took off a star due to the plugin melting one of our portable chargers. We should have asked for some kind of refund since the battery charger cost $30 but ehh. We did let front desk know what happened.
