"The hotel was great but exceeded by the staff. In particular I want to call out Floyd who made our check in process, after a long drive, most enjoyable. A great asset for the hotel."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful, location was great, the breakfast buffet was great (extra charge for breakfast buffet for 2), but the towels weren’t fully cleaned and had some stains. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the king bedroom with a couch was also smaller than it looked online, but not bad for two people. "

"The beds were nice and comfortable, the couch was gross looking and half of it had weird covers on it, bright orange that didn’t match the couch. We wouldn’t even put our luggage on the couch. There was also some weird blood looking stain on the floor. (Not murder like, more like nose bleed) the size of the room was nice and the beds were nice. The staff was nice as well. "

"Every staff member we met was extremely kind, the hotel was beautiful. Our room was clean and spacious. Great location & great rate so close to the mall. We were there for a cheer comp downtown but it was only a 20 minute drive. Would definitely recommend & stay here again."

"Clean rooms but a dated property. Traffic noise on the road-facing side was an issue for one of us. When we asked to switch rooms, we were told the opposite side of the building is even noisier due to trucks. Good for a quick stay, but not the quietest location. There's guest laundry on the property. "
