The need to do an inspection

Every faucet leaked. The shower leaked. Shower was lukewarm. The remotes were confusing. However the staff was very good.

Don’t stay here. Horrible. I was so uncomfortable. Rooms havent been updated in 30 years. Toilet wasn’t attached to the floor and banged against the wall every time you sat on it. There were bugs on the floor as soon as we walked in. No trash can in the room, no tissues, no extra tp, furniture falling apart, stains in shower & tub & on bathroom counter. I DoorDash’d a blanket from Walmart cuz I couldn’t stomach using their bedding. I will sleep in my car over this place on our next trip if nothing else is available in Alliance.

Good but needs work.

The place was okay and the customer service was good. It's family-owned. The body towels were super rough on the skin and the breakfast was just starch (bagels, cereal). It's close to a lot of food places (mostly burgers and booze) but it's on a busy strip. The neighborhood is nice though. The bed was good.

We got a non smoking room that smelled like it has been smoked in for the last year, there were crusty stains on the blankets on both beds and the bathroom has hair in the sink and the toilet . We literally left a day before we were supposed to because it was so bad. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had sleeping in the head

I didn’t like it when I went in the room it was cold because no heat was on. Then I noticed the blankets and sheets were old and burnt. I left out the room and someone had been in the room and they did nothing about it and I wanted to cancel but I wouldn’t get my money back

Live and learn

There was no daily cleaning of the room. No taking out the trash the inroom coffee and tissues were not replaced when used. Basically you get what you pay for my future hotels will be with a chain I'm familiar with.

Horrible hotel that stinks and dirty

That was the most horrible hotel I have EVER stayed in. Me and my family booked rooms two weeks in advance and it was 26 of us. Four elderly aunt's and the rest cousins and nieces and nephews. The rooms were smelly and stained and my one aunt didn't have a running toilet and my other cousin room didn't have a working bathroom light. It had an actual lamp on the back of the toilet. It seemed like all our beds were broken in and me and my wife took our showers with our flip flops on because the tub was horrible looking. The comforter felt sticky and it was stained too. There was only one iron on the whole property and we NEVER got to use it. We travelled 2.5 hours from our homes for THAT? Our ceiling had water stains and we were harassed by another guest who was fighting with her husband or whoever he was and the police were called.. the front desk man was super nice tho. He did his best with what he had I guess

Just a little work needed

The stay was decent. Clean enough to sleep in. Only concern was the bathroom... the bathroom ceiling like was busted with a hole in the ceiling. In place of the light there was an unshaded lamp that had to be plugged in on the wall outside of the bathroom. Also, the extra safety lock did not have a connecting piece in order to be used properly. Other than those three things, the service was quick, and the employees were extremely nice.

The room was not clean. The floor was so dirty that your feet were black. No ice. No soap. The front desk people were friendly. Did not clean room once while we were there-we emptied the waste baskets. Don't think we will be staying there again. It used to be a nice place we always stayed there when we were in Ohio.

No soap?

The only knock on the Hotel was that they did not have soap. They did hand out extra shampoo to take the place of hand and shower soap. Walmart, Big Lots and Dollar General all within a half of a mile. I was there for two nights while attending a Football Camp. As you can imagine, pretty dirty and sweaty and could have really used a bar of soap. The room was clean and everything worked and the price was great.

Sagar the Manager took care of accomodating best possible room for two days stay and it was still not satisfactory. Smoking rooms are too difficult to stay for non smokers. Towels and condiments were provided on request .

Trap spot

They staff was super friendly. But the rooms were extremely outdated and dirty. I didnt have a lid on the back of my toilet. One of the comforters had white crap on if that looked like frosting. I can only imagine what it was. I also found a hypodermic needle on the sidewalk. Busy in and put traffic all night. Definitely drug and prostitution going on here heavy. Will not be ever staying here again.
