Trash disposal in the mountains is expensive and for shorts stays (less than 10 nights) is removed at the end of the stay. For stays greater than 10 nights, our trash/cleaning service can pick up your garbage weekly during your extended stay, for no extra charge. Any excessive trash left after your stay will incur additional charges. Put all trash in bags and place in the bins in the garage where our service can get them. We are happy to arrange pick-up times convenient for you for pick-up—please let us know which works best. Please do not leave food or garbage outside as it attracts the local wildlife and may be illegal!
For extended stays over 14 days, we also recommend a mid-stay clean. This is provided at cost of service. Please let us know if you’d like a mid-stay clean and we can arrange a time convenient for you. Any additional cleaning costs at the end of stay will also be included in the final bill (per booking guidelines).
