“Quarto impecável, limpeza e conforto, a dona da casa muito educada e simpática. Voltarei mais vezes. ”

“This place was great. It was spacious for our family. We had a few hiccups, getting the door unlocked and with the power, but the guest was super responsive and helpful with this. We have no complaints and thought the location was great. It was the perfect spot between the hustle and bustle of the city and Sintra.”

“The room itself was okay, however no AC and because the boiler is electric when the other people in the building have a shower your left with no hot water and have to wait. and no laundry other than that the communication was great, location is amazing and neighbourhood is quiet”

“Overall a lovely stay! Property was a little tricky to locate, but the service was speedy, friendly and incredibly helpful considering our late arrival time. The property was very clean although there was a drain smell that could have done with a couple of reed diffusers! Location was perfect with some lovely spots for breakfast nearby. Generally a really lovely stay.”

“On nous a "annulé" le séjour via whatsapp 2 jours avant le départ sans annulation officielle de la part de hôtel.com. et donc sans preuve de remboursement. L'hébergement étant injoignable. On a du réserver et donc payer un autre hébergement en dernière minute qui nous a coûté beaucoup plus cher. Suite à des longues discussions avec Hôtel.com on nous a accordé un remboursement une fois le séjour passé. J'ai même cru à une arnaque ... A FUIR !!! ”

“: A two-storey flat, brand new, immaculate and beautifully decorated. Very practical and attractive. High-quality bed linen. Comfortable mattress and pillows.”

“Our hostess, Laura was so communicative prior and during our stay there. The place was impeccably clean. It couldn’t be more convenient to see the city. There was a restaurant right out our door. She gave all kinds of resources for how to enjoy our stay there. It was a phenomenal stay! Laura greeted us when we arrived and even carried our suitcase to the door.”

“Everything was great”

“Very nice it was clean near everything well equipped”

“Eine wunderbar große, saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Die Kommunikation zu Manuel war ausgezeichnet. ”

“The flat had major contraction in the stairwell, the hot water only laster 10 min, not enough for two people to take a hot shower, the tv remote had dead batteries, the electricity when out when I pugged in the below dryer, the toilet seat was broken, the was water coming in from the walls, the place was really bad”
