「Arrived early Sunday morning and greeted with a very warm welcome and our room wasn’t ready but advised we would be contacted as soon as it became available. 「The room was quiet, the heat pump worked well, the water was hot, the pools were great. Very clean. We had trouble figuring out the cooktop and coffee machine, but the staff patiently taught us. Grocery store down the hill, and huge one at the mall nearby. Walking to Tavira wasn’t very nice, so we drove.」

「Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit...

「The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious The management is not up to a five star hotel standard. Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful.
