They went above and beyond our expectations and emailed to say that the room was ready When we arrived back at check in they had upgraded our room. “Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit……

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, würden aber mit einem 2-jährigen Kind, das nicht zu spät schlafen sollte, das Abendessen nicht mehr buchen. Das À-La-carte-Essen war von sehr guter Qualität, der Service sehr freundlich, aber unserem Wunsch, dass die Kleine alles ohne Verzögerung bekommt, konnte leider zu selten gefolgt werden”
