Had to argue with staff for toilet paper and fresh towels. Wet laundry hung in corridor leading to guest rooms and cleaning carts, cleaning supplies in the corridor in plain view also.

Hotel Kazakhstan
Perfect location, excellent breakfast but the room really needs to be renovated. The lobby looks new and modern but definitely not the rest. Bed was comfortable but there's no power socket near the bed and everything is very old.
