Property is nice and modern, however the room was dirty - lots of cobwebs outside, lots of cigarette butts too. Table tops were dirty and had to get cleaner to re wipe. Some of the towels were dirty and the tea bags provided looked very old. Hairdryers in the bathroom didn't work and had to ask front desk for a handheld. Staff were well presented, but rather snooty and rude. Disappointing for 4 star hotel.

Rooms are a bit outdated and worn down. Cleaning could be better as we had lots of stains on closet doors and bed frame. Room was cold even though thermostat was set for 25 degrees. Staff were friendly and breakfast buffet had lots of options.

Amazing untill now...

Stayed here over 30 times and all previous stays were fantastic. But this time was a disappointment. Renovations were going on. When checking into our room, they were in progress of painting the door. Isle was messy an there was a lot of noise along with it during the rest of the stay. TV didn't work. Reporting this during checkout only got us a "Oh!? That's annoying" response.
