Great Location

well situated in Almeria, next to a small park, there is a great restaurant adjacent to the hotel that is worth a visit or two while your stay.

Very clean and pleasant personal. Not so much activities in the neighborhood but public transportation made it easy. Also, commercial center is available nearly. The area is very clean and secure.

Luxurious coffee and a generous breakfast, the staff is very and friendly. The hotel has a great location near the shopping center and it is near the beach with car. Free parking is available around the hotel. The room is spacious and clean. Downside: Poor Wi-Fi, and room 109 has a strong smell of cigarettes.

Great Hotel, would book again. Parking should fit a normal sized car, breakfast was stunning! The only „bad“ thing is you need to walk for 30min. To reach the center.

The South of Spain in the winter. I was suprised that most hotels only offer heat, and that AC is not available in your room. While the idea of cracking the window open seemed crazy to be as foreigner, it did the job to cool off the room a bit. I slept great. Also, they use cotton blankets on the bed and not down blankets. That was perfect. For me, down blankets provide a ridculous amount of heat insulation that always makes for a poor sleeping. Again, i slept great.

We have paid extra to have breakfast. Would never do that again. It was the simplest, lowest quality food there can be. Also the service lady accidentally spilled the box with fresh bread they on the ground. She acted like she would throw it away but just went back to the kitchen and came back with the exact same bread box that had just fallen to the ground to serve it to the guests! Disgusting and rude!

Nice in front, but worn out inside.

The hotel is fine from the outside. But the room and corridors are worn. - large stains on hallway carpets, - old furnitures in the room. - no coffee or tee possibilities in the room. - bathroom door worn and rotten at the bottom - the dirt around the toilet - bathroom floor tile cracked, so it could possibly cut a foot. - no smart TV - wifi came in "lumps" The breakfast d. 26/12 was sad - no fresh fruit at all. - the only hot food was sausages cut into 1cm pieces. -no eggs of any kind. You could add breakfast on Hotels.com for €0.67, while on the hotel, you had to pay between €10.50-15 depending on which receptionist you spoke to. Can't recommend the hotel.

The staff were friendly, very professional and always helpful. I loved the breakfast particularly as there were many options for maintaining a low cholesterol healthy diet as well as the many other delicious but more cholesterol laden options. Good coffee is easy to find in Spain, but the coffee in the Avenida is excellent.

Séjour très agréable dans un chambre confortable avec une décoration agréable et un personnel attentif. Attention les coordonnées gps ne sont pas correctes, je l ai signalé à l accueil en arrivant , cela amène à dix minutes a pied de l endroit exact donc mieux vaut taper l adresse exacte dans le calculateur d itinéraire.

Superbe expérience à cet hôtel. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. L'emplacement était également pratique et proche du centre-ville en voiture. On a aussi beaucoup apprécié la région d'Almería et le Cabo de Gata. Je recommande !
