Decent Hotel with acceptable facilities.

Decent hotel with acceptable breakfast variety. Hotel a bit rundown. Room lighting is a bit dark. Windows frame are run down. Front Desk and coffee house Staff is polite and friendly.

A very pleasant 2 day stay in Alor Setar.

A very pleasant 2 day stay at the hotel. The room allocated was spacious, clean and comfortable. I used the gym and swimming facilities and both were good. I used the hotel for breakfast and for evening meals and both were very good with a wide range of selection. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and courteous. The main tourist sites within the city were only 15 minutes drive away or 12 Ringgit (£2) by taxi.

The hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, shops, restaurants and street food stalls. Nice place. Just suggestion to add more light inside the room, it’s quite uncomfortable for me with vision problems. Also dirty kettle.

飯店附近生活機能很好

飯店整體很乾淨又舒服，樓下有很多小吃攤可以逛，靠近馬路晚上睡覺卻不會有雜音 對面就是TESCO可以逛很久，有很多可以逛的地方 距離ALOR SETAR的市中心也很近，能夠很快地去到各個景點遊玩 想回來休息也不需要花太多時間 露天的泳池很漂亮，可惜的是只開到晚上7點，所以沒有使用到

I found that the room was not in good condition. The wallpaper is peeled off, and the ambiance was gloomy due to poor lighting. The janitor did not adequately clean the shower cubicle. The toilet's ventilation fan made loud squeaky noises.

Business Visit

The stay was not so great. None of the problems able to be solved by the hotel staff. Front offce staff also not so friendly. 1. TV can't be view. All channels cant be view. 2. Internet connection not available. I had some great time staying in this hotel before but not this time.

Ok stay... but staff not welcoming... didnt even offer to carry luggages... called housekeeping to request tissue papers: got this response on the phone: "What you want?"... airconditioner cannot adjust temperature... cold like in a fridge... hope they improve
