"We loved our stay at Hotel Steger-Dellai! It was the perfect location to explore Alpe di Siusi. The actual hotel was beautiful and clean. Our room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. They catered to our toddler and had a pack n play set up for him. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor playground and an indoor play area for him. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The highlight of it all was definitely the staff. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, not just to us, but to our baby boy....

"All the staff are very helpful and approachable with regards to our questions about exploring the Dolomites.. Rosario, Adriana from the dining/bar are is very excellent both of them stands out in giving good customer service.. Stefan is also very informative and much appreciate all fhe help and info he provided us. This place was a HEAVEN for us after hiking all day in a beautiful place like Dolomites! "Our family had a great time here. Staff were good with the kids and there's a nice mix of kids activities and adult spa and relaxation. Food was generous and healthy and value overall fine. There were a few minor annoyances - restrictive pool hours, automatic lighting and difficult to decipher aircon in room but all in all we had an excellent visit. "
