We stayed here for 5 weeks and enjoyed every moment. The apartment is very well located in the area as well as within the complex. The views are uninterrupted and gorgeous! Nestled in the mountains with a sun-drenched, large terrace. Beautiful sunsets, close to two pools and within walking distance of the secluded beach. Close to Altea, Calpe and Benidorm. The whole apartment is very well equipped and comfortable with more-than-adequate sleeping arrangements. The aircon was super effective. We LOVED our five weeks of paradise and we would stay here again.

Very nice property accurately advertised

Nice clean property with everything needed. Some nice touches with water toys available for guests to use. only negative would be the electricity cap felt a bit low, equating to only 2 h of air con per day in the height of summer. Standard fans were available and helped, while being far lower on the electrics. Not an issue with the property, but the area itself. would have been nice to have a few closer amenities. Shop and restaurants are generally a drive away, particularly with small children.

We had an exceptionally terrible experience with the owner and manager! Many amenities listed were missing or broken. We were 5 adults, one had been travelling and needed to do laundry. No space to hang clothes, beach towels occupied the one rusty, flimsy laundry horse. No fresh bedding after a week. When we raised concerns, we were rudely told, “You don’t go on holiday with dirty laundry” and generously lectured: “You wash it, you hang it up. You wash it, you hang it up! That’s how you do it!” The machine is tiny, slow, and shows no cycle time, so enjoy staying in all day “washing and hanging” on your holiday! There was no dryer (besides hair dryer), no BBQ grill, an old washing machine, and broken dishwasher wheels. A/C was centrally controlled; one room hardly cooled. Shower fixture nearly fell off, bathroom drawer was rusty, and there were basically no racks, so we hung towels on hangers on curtain rods. Fridge was cheap. Cupboards stuffed with duvets and junk. Internet was catastrophically bad – took 3 days to send 49 WhatsApp photos! We had cockroaches, ants, polyester sheets in 38C, a useless vacuum not yet informed of its life purpose of vacuuming, and a old, broken broom. Cleaning was a sweaty nightmare.In short: if you’re dreaming of a calm holiday where you don’t have to argue about laundry & fix broken things: Not the place. If you enjoy sweaty housework, broken appliances, a masterclass in laundry time management, and no WiFi – this is your dream stay!

Heerlijk rustig

Prima, fijn en ruim appartement. Er ontbreekt je aan niets. Het zwembad dicht in de buurt en niet druk altijd wel ruimte en een lieverdje beschikbaar. De strandjes op loop afstand ( je moet wel goed kunnen lopen) voornamelijk stenen stranden. Restaurantjes in de buurt op loop afstand en heerlijk eten wel wat prijzig. Goede supermarkt in de buurt en leuke uitval routes naar Altea, Albir, Calp enz.

Séjour agréable

Location correspondant totalement à l’annonce ! Il n’y a qu’un léger souci avec le forfait électrique. Nous étions 3 et nous ne l’avons pas dépassé ( la climatisation n’a pas été nécessaire, 1 machine à laver le linge pour la semaine, 3 fois le lave vaisselle) je suppose qu’en plein été et plus de personne, le forfait explose rapidement. A voir…. À l’état des lieux en partant Russel ne se préoccupe que de cela !

Appartement beschrijving klopt niet.

Eerste dag snelle rondleiding door Russell. Geen gegevens verbruik gas,water, electriciteit. Bij controle achteraf stelden we vast dat de douches en toiletten en kraanwerk niet proper was. Veel kalkaanslag en zwarte plekken op steentjes van douche. Deksels van toiletten stonden los. Alles terug vastgezet.Veel mieren in douche en houtwerk van de deur is in zeer slechte staat, deel van de deur was van onder afgezaagd. Terras buiten terracotta tegels overal zwarte plekken van vuil dat zich had vastgezet. Met javel na 2 grondige schuurbeurten terug netjes gekregen. In kinderkamer stond tegen de muur nog het oude bed en matras van master bedroom, men kon niet aan de lichtschakelaar di er achter zat. Doekjes in 3 schuiven van klein kastje in kinderkamer waren vuil. Hebben we uitgewassen. Aircoroosters zaten vol stof. Zuiver gemaakt. Al de waterkranen gaven te weinig debiet, van kalk ontdaan en de kopjes in azijn gezet en terug geplaatst. Ok. Keukenkasten ok maar schuiven leeggemaakt en uitgekuist. Verlichting onder de kasten gaat aan en uit en 1 defekt. Geen reserve gevonden. Binnenin ijskast was flessendrager gescheurd. Gelijmd ok. Groene deuren op terras afgespoten en gekuist. Barbecue is in slechte staat. Staat wankel op zijn pootjes. Volgens foto’s was dit een gasbarbecue. Poortje stuk buiten en na 4 weken nog niet hersteld. Draaihendel voor de zonwering handvaten stuk. Andere gevonden en die gebruikt. Lampje stuk in badkamer. 1reserve geplaatst. Er staat een paraplusteen op terras maar geen paraplu om extra af te schermen van de zon. In keuken 1 blauwe schaal stuk. Opzijgezet. Strijkijzer stuk, toen we het in stopkontakt staken viel verliesstroomschakelaar uit. Is vervangen dag nadien.We hebben 4 weken gewacht op handleiding van de kluis en herstelling van groen poortje. Enkele keren buiten domein moeten parkeren. Van alles ook foto’s genomen. Vaatwasser deur sloot niet meer. Russell verwittigd. Met de hand afgewassen. Vaatwasser zuiver gemaakt tegen dat de technieker langs komt. slot van deur was kapot. Zou dag nadien terug komen maar stuk was niet binnen. Is 2 dagen later hersteld Na al de pech en problemen toch nog wat kunnen genieten van ons verlof en het zwembad.

Verblijf van 5 weken in april/mei

Ruim appartement en groot terras, was heel geschikt voor ons voor een langer verblijf. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is heel mooi; daar hebben we van genoten. De plaats Mascarat ligt precies tussen Altea en Calpe op +/- 7 km. afstand. Auto heb je wel nodig. Het enige minpunt is dat in beide badkamers er zaken zijn die gerepareerd moeten worden.

Rummelig og dejlig lejlighed med stor terasse

Lejligheden er stor og rummelig. Der var fint og rent. Meget veludstyret køkken. Dejlig terrasse med gode møbler. Fin udsigt til bjergene - dog ikke til Alteabugten (som der ellers står i beskrivelsen). Flotte og velholdte pools. Venlig og fredelig atmosfære. God service fra den lokale kontakt ("nøgle-holder").

Una estancia estupenda, buen tiempo y muy relajado

El apartamento cumplió satisfactoriamente nuestras expectativas. Muy bien equipado, camas cómodas y con muchos detalles para aprovechar bien la estancia ( sillas para playa, sombrillas de playa, menaje surtido) . Solo una pega: en esa maravillosa terraza faltaba un buen toldo que aplacara el solazo que recibe a partir medio día hasta la tarde noche. Hay que permanecer dentro de casa e incluso el aire acondicionado no llega a darte todo el fresco que se necesita en esas horas de tanto calor. Aunqueel ventilador portátil ayudó a llevarlo algo mejor. Para mis amigas y a mi, si hubiera tenido vistas al mar, la estancia hubiera sido de 10.!!

Estancia buena

En general hemos disfrutado de la estancia en la casa. Para pasar unos días con amigos es muy recomendable. La última noche un amigo se quedó encerrado en uno de los baños, la puerta no se podía abrir una vez cerrada y tuvo que venir la policía. Nos hubiese gustado que desde la inmobiliaria hubiesen contactado al seguro del hogar pero lo cierto es que nos dieron largas porque era "muy tarde" 10:40 de la noche. Por suerte todo terminó bien, les hemos recomendado que mejoren ese servicio para la próxima ocasión, aunque esperemos que no pase algo parecido. En lineas generales una estancia muy agradable.
