House was very nice and as described but our only complaint was the showers had very low water pressure. But it is a great place to stay.

Wonderful Getaway!

What a great place - there were 4 adults and it was perfect for our plans, which included going to the Spencer Theater and the winery just down the road. We hope to return next year - I would highly recommend it!

My family normally goes up there three times a year and this was the best one we have stayed at. Spacious and well stocked. Very clean and well maintained.

Great getaway with a view

Overall the property was great and the views fantastic! Quiet neighborhood and we got to see some wildlife at the pond! Kids loved the hot tub and ping pong table . Could use a fireplace and then it would be fantastic!

Amazing

The property is exactly how it is described. Situated in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We will be staying here again. Not only is it a beautiful cabin, but clean and comfortable.

Spacious and comfortable

We wanted to see wildlife and we did, 2 of the days. Beds were very comfy but pillows were flat and bedroom window light woke you at 6am. Hot tub was as described and kitchen was well stocked and spacious, although new non stick pans are needed. The fans in the rooms worked on very high speed which was helpful since the ac couldnt be set under 74 for bedtime.

Spacious, close to everything

Beautiful home. Photos don’t do it justice. Family of 5 stayed and never felt cramped. Hot tub was a welcome stop after hiking. Kitchen has everything needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Great home, location and amenities. Check in was frustrating. On our lease agreement, 12:00 check in was stated, however after 4:00 PM we got a message that our property wasn’t going to be ready. It took a call to the property management to know when we could check in.

Beautiful Scenery, Love the Location

Property is in a beautiful, out of the way area but still close to desired activities. There was a lot of wildlife in the area such as mule deer and elk. The home is all one level, each room has its own bathroom, hallways and doorways are wide with walk in showers. Would be very convenient if needed for wheelchair accessibility. The hot tub was clean but the silverware wasn’t. The dishwasher doesn’t clean well which leaves some utensils needing to be washed by hand before using. Water pressure is low so maybe that is causing the dishwasher to not work properly? Parking is easy, there is a nice seating area under a pergola that has a fire pit. Great morning coffee area. Home had all we needed, just be aware that Hummingbird Properties take a security deposit and automatically attach fees for damage insurance. There are also cameras on site on the outside patio. A bit creepy and something we’ve never seen at other properties we’ve rented.

Perfect house for multiple couples

We thoroughly enjoyed this spacious house with 3 master bedrooms. Great location, quiet and peaceful. The only issue was cleanliness of the cookware, dishes and stove. We had to rewash all of the kitchen items we used.

Roomy

This house was very spacious and decorated very nice. It even had a Christmas tree! Which made our Christmas vacation even more special. I booked it specifically for the big rooms and king beds as my two grown children and their spouses were with us. The only con about this beautiful house was the cleanliness. Most of the dishes had to be re-washed before we could cook because the were put away dirty ( the cleaning crew should check that before the next guests) and the bathrooms vanities were dusty with toothpaste on the walls. Nothing I couldn’t live with but should have been inspected better. Oh yeah, needs a toaster! Other than that, it was beautiful and comfortable.
