We had a wonderful stay at Stable Yard Cottage.

We had a wonderful stay at Stable Yard Cottage. It was a unique, special place to stay. The beds are comfy and it has all the mod cons you need. The manager was very responsive and looked after us. It is in a great location with access to gorgeous walks straight from the village. The museum itself is fascinating and well worth a visit.

Excellent base for exploring Hampshire's Hills

It was furnished and equipped to a high standard. During the day you share the gardens with the visitors to the museum but in the evenings you have it all to yourself.

Wonderful charming historic house and gardens

Charming property in a beautiful village. Beautiful gardens and museum. Convinient caffee offering fresh delicious food. Great family stay with lots to do. Stairs a little challenging for young and old. Very comfortable beds!
