“The hotel is going through updating, the swimming pool was ok, the room was very dated, the bath panel was broken but all we wanted was a bed for 1 night.
When we left one if the updated rooms was open and I must say they looked beautiful.
When this hotel is finished I'm quite sure it will be of good standard.”

“Hottest day in May on record and the heating was on in my room. After speaking with staff three times and an hour and a half later, I was moved to another room. In spite of the wonderful advert featuring a restaurant I was told no kitchen tonight. Second room was very noisy overlooking the car park which doubles as a camping ground for motor homes, with ten present. No mattress cover and a very dirty mattress. Black mould on the bathroom ceiling which had been painted over but still showed……
