「Attention to detail and service. We dined late on a very busy Friday, without a booking but were accommodated politely with no fuss. On top of this the staff, who were under a lot of pressure, served the whole restaurant and bar with excellent professionalism and courtesy making it was a pleasure to dine and be served. 「We stayed here for one night when we went to the theatre. The hotel being only a stone thrown from the theatre and town centre made it a great choice. All areas of hotel were clean as was our room. We were very happy with our pre theatre meal and buffet Breakfast. All staff were helpful and we will certainly stay at The Old Hall again.」
