Very clean facility but rooms and facilities could use a bit of attention/updating. You can see its former greatness but you will notice little things like faded artificial flowers and greenery, holes in the chiffon curtains, etc. in the common areas. Also don’t plan on having “free” breakfast: it was the saddest, most meager offering I’ve ever seen in a hotel. They ran out of both coffee and waffle batter.

The property was perfect in terms of convenience. It was very clean and the staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be. The room was a bit run down though and the air conditioning didn't work. We were immediately provided with a fan which helped and the maintenance man was very attentive and tried his best. Unfortunately, he was unsuccessful and we had trouble sleeping.

We had a good stay. The room was fine, everything looked and felt clean, furniture was all functional. We did have to fuss with the AC a lot, it seemed to struggle with regulating the room temperature. They gave us a room with a view overlooking the central area where they have events, the only downside was there was very little natural lighting. I believe the website still mentions they have a hot tub, however it is permanently closed. I saw a lot of reviews talking about it being under construction and unhappy with it but now it's closed, so if that's something you care about, just know it's not an option. Our stay was mostly quiet, we could hear some noise and chatter from an event on Saturday evening but that was it. Location was great, breakfast was fine. No major issues I can think of, I would return here for another stay.

The water did not work in the shower and there was mold. When I brought it to the front desk attention they said I should have asked for maintenance. My reply to you is really? I'm exhausted from travel, undressed and ready to shower to learn the water doesn't turn on. Now I'm expected to get dressed again call for help, have a stranger in my room at night. My question is why should I have to call for help. I'm paying for a room that is suitable for a comfortable overnight stay. Did the maid not report no water or faulty water faucet? The front desk acknowledged knowing some rooms have an issue yet they did not block them from use until repairs were completed. The mattress was placed over a sheet of plywood, no box springs. That's special. Breakfast was toast and condiments. No thank you. Huge disappointment. Would like my money back.
