Although the room and hotel, including hotel staff was excellent, the restaurant staff was very rude and not polite at all. They only had 1 staff member and apparently he was the inchargeof restaurant side. He was very rude and eventhough we paid for the full breakfast buffet, as we were about to have our second crossant he came and told us not to eat anymore ! We complained and hotel manager had a word with this person but still I think he was very rude and couldn't even make a hot chocolate for my kid since the machine was out of order. Very bad experience and put me off at the start of the day !

Hotel nel complesso molto buono. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Il bagno andrebbe rivisto sopratutto la doccia. La colazione non è abbondante ma comunque discreta. Non capisco perché nella colazione sia compresa solo una consumazione x persone di caffettiera. Comunque consiglierei questa struttura.

Prenotate due camere pagate in anticipo alla prenotazione. Uno degli ospiti, per un imprevisto, non riesce ad arrivare il primo giorno. Avviso immediatamente al check-in chiedendo di mantenere le stanze già pagate. All’arrivo del collega, con sorpresa, la stanza non c’era più e l’albergo avrebbe preteso gli fosse pagata un’altra prenotazione. Riprenotato sistemazione diversa segnalando ad Hotels e chiedendo rimborso.

Ho alloggiato con la mia famiglia in questo hotel per andare al Lucca Comix e direi che abbiamo fatto un'ottima scelta: comodo e ampio parcheggio, personale molto cortese, efficiente e disponibile, cibo di ottima qualità se si vuole cenare nel loro ristorante, accurata attenzione al cliente e comodissimo per raggiungere Lucca in breve tempo. Consigliatissimo.

L'hôtel est propre, et bien entretenu, la literie est confortable, chambre parfois un peu bruyante selon le côté de l'hôtel dans lequel on se trouve, mais rien d'insuportable. Le petit déjeuner est très varié avec un personnel aux petits soins avec les clients, réactifs et professionnels, très agréable! Le seul bémol est le restaurant qui n'en a que le nom. La qualité des plats s'approche de celle qu'on pourrait trouver dans une cantine bas de gamme (les prix par contre sont bien ceux d'un bon restaurant). Heureusement, le personnel de l'accueil est de très bon conseil pour rediriger les clients vers des restaurants qui permettront de profiter de l'excellente cuisine Toscane pour tous les budgets.
