" Magnificent position luxurious and comfortable rooms Excellent service from start to finish . Reception Staff excellent , Heshala, Roshan, Mayosh, to Cleaning Le Santo and team and the courteous and welcoming staff in the dinning room Thank you, Occidental Eden for the 5 star high calibre staff throughout the hotel Most enjoyable stay. 2 nights in Bentota

"No one in reception on our arrival (2pm). When shown to our room nothing was explained, ie, where and when to get breakfast, as I happens it was in the next hotel song. The pool shower was also in that hotel. In our room the a/c had only 2 positions, on and off, therefore at night either to hot or in a cold draft. And the shower drain was blocked!! "

"It was wonderful to return here - I love this hotel. The gardens are beautiful and the beach is clean and fabulous for swimming and long walks. The staff are outstanding. In many years of travel I don’t think I’ve ever seen a hotel staff member more dedicated than the pool guy (pool is great for swimming laps too - 25m). The housekeeping team were great too - and surprised me daily with towel ‘art’ and flowers on the bed. Excellent food too! "

No POOL! Очень скромно и запущено.

"No POOL! На мой вопрос - а где же бассейн? Был дан идиотский ответ - вон там море, там и купайтесь! Море необорудованное, все очень запущенное, лежаков мало и они обычно поломанные, нормальный есть только один. За кондей требуется доп/оплата 3000 рупий. Холодильника в номере стандарт нет, но хоть разрешили пользоваться холодильником в столовой, но часто его отключали чтобы включить вентилятор. В целом персонал старается помочь, однако руководство недружелюбно. Больше чем на 1 ночь останавливаться смысла нет."
