"This was a house that is for sale, therefore there weren’t any pictures or wall hangings. The furnishings were basic and comfortable. The pool was nice and the mid March water temperature was fine. The house was very clean. We definitely would stay there again."

"Spent our Spring break here and house was great. All amenities you need as if was your own home. Sunsets on dock were beautiful. Pool refreshing. Location work for us as we wantes to go to different beaches. Not far from many shopping centers or restaurants. Communication with Ed was great. Checked in with me to make sure we had everything we needed and gave suggestions of local restaurants and checked in on our last day to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again."

"I stayed at this home with my wife, 5 children ages 7 to 13, sister, neice (17) and nephew (16). Everyone was comfortable and had a blast. One of the nicest pools we have had renting in Florida. House was located a quick drive to Ft Myers Beach. We vistied Sanibel Island, took a ride to Marco Island. House is within a 30 minute drive to any type of restraunt or store you would need. Many options even closer. Would recommend to family and friends."

The pool was heated though it never got above 77 degrees, but the kids didn’t seem to mind. The house had beach toys that were a hit during the week as well. Check out was easy as the rental company basically said the cleaning crew would handle everything inside the home. There was a small fee for electricity used during the stay, to offset the heated...

Its located close to many conveniences in downtown Cape Coral. The property manager was very accomodating with my requests. If I’m in the area anytime, I will definitely return to this property."
