「LOVEDDD my stay here! There isn’t much hotels on tokashiki island but this one was the cheapest. The FREE hotel shuttle service is amazing! They have designated times where they will take you hotel <-> aharen beach both before/after you check in! There is also a restaurant at the hotel which is great because there is limited food options by the hotel… but there is food trucks by Aharaen Beach. Aharen beach is beautiful with lots of snorkeling / beach umbrella rentals!」

「We came to this hotel and this beach because it is known for sea turtles. My wife and I took turns snorkeling in the bay directly from the beach. We did not do a boat tour and talk to anyone about their location. On the second day while I was snorkeling in 5 feet of water approximately 30 feet from the beach I saw the first turtle eating off the ocean floor. I was startled to see it so close and was in awe of how beautiful it was. I assume the turtles are used to seeing snorkeling humans...
