Our lock on the hotel door didn’t work the entire stay meaning staff had to open our door and if your dinner was in hand well may as well expect to eat it cold sometimes an hour or longer waiting on someone to assist till finally after numerous complaints to front desk and work order was put in in and the maintenance man requested we get get comped nights due to the fact this had went on so long and not……
