"Last night, we arrived at the hotel with our family at 12 a.m. We had reserved a room with two queen beds, but they gave us a room with only one queen bed and said that was the only room available. We requested pillows and blankets, but instead of blankets they gave us towels. The front desk staff(Michelle)was very rude—they insulted us, mocked us, and said it wasn’t their problem. They told us that since we booked through Expedia, go and talk with them our money would not be refunded. We had also called ahead about parking, but they never mentioned that valet parking was the only option with 51 dollar per nightIt was a very bad experience, and I do not recommend it."
