「喜歡這間酒店非常乾淨，而且非常方便從地鐵行隧道就到酒店，不用擔心下雨或太陽，服務態度非常好，只是覺得床褥比較too soft一點，可以改善床褥比較挺身或硬一點就更加好，可能酒店有一段時間，所以床褥方便可以換上新的比較好，因為酒店都是中上價錢，希望能夠有所改善.」

「第二次入住，6年前曾經入住過這酒店！酒店內外也保養得非常好，一點也不覺得有破舊感，仍然整潔明亮！地理位置卓越，鄰近博多巴士站，方便去遠或近的地點旅遊！而去博多駅旁AMU及阪急商場行街也很方便，而轉JR ／地鉄／新幹線整體來說是很方便，是不錯的選擇！」

「1) Toilet light is action-detected on and off, that’s not user friendly as the light will go off when using the toilet. 「The front desk staff (esp A. Sugiura) are helpful, nice and professional. Location is perfect (near JR and also Hakata bus terminal), it is convenient to travel to other places. We can find places for shopping and meals easily. Besides, WiFi is powerful and lighting is good.」
