“Beautiful village layout relaxing with beautiful views. Unfortunately staff was not knowledgable of lunch and dinner schedules. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and lunch is over at 2:30, dinner starts at 6:30 . So I had to wait over three hours to eat . It was a Buffett and the food was bare minimum quality. The closest restaurants are driving distance so you are stuck unless you get a taxi or drive. I paid for all inclusive food and was greatly disappointed. I hope they upgrade there food selections.……

“I arrived with my 3 year old son and had booked a beachfront room. There was nobody at the property and no instructions how to check in. The Expedia email said to call them, but there was no answer. When I arrived, I asked a lady at a restaurant around the corner and she told me where to go for the check in. When I arrived at the front desk, at a different hotel, the lady working there politely told me the hotel I selected was overbooked and she started walking me to a room at that different……

“All the staff were very helpful especially the receptionist Wlelpomeni a very helpful young lady and the bar 🍸 staff were very helpful, and the boss and the young barman always gave me some ice 🧊 😀 thanks 😊 the lad who brought the drinks over to the beach ⛱️ was also very helpful we had a nice stay but there was no Turkish bath as in the expedia list”
