The house features a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, including a built-in oven, making it ideal for preparing meals throughout your stay. The adjacent dining area creates a warm and welcoming setting for shared meals with family or friends.

The property offers three comfortable bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to provide restful nights in a calm and cozy atmosphere. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The house also includes two bathrooms for added convenience during your stay.

Step outside to enjoy the spacious outdoor area, featuring a swimming pool, sun loungers, garden spaces, and a barbecue area perfect for relaxed afternoons or evening gatherings. Please note that the exterior areas are shared with a smaller house located on the same property, making it a great option for larger families or groups wishing to book both spaces together.

Surrounded by greenery and tranquility, the outdoor space offers the perfect setting to relax, unwind, and enjoy peaceful moments in nature.

Guests have full access to the house, including the kitchen, living areas, and all indoor spaces. The outdoor areas, including the swimming pool, garden, and barbecue area, are shared with a smaller house located on the same property. This setup makes the property ideal for families or groups wishing to enjoy the space together while maintaining separate accommodations.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-the-phone concierge service that can provide you assistance any time of the day.

A charming and peaceful house in Friande, set in a quiet rural area surrounded by nature. Guests can enjoy nearby river beaches, scenic countryside walks, and the relaxing atmosphere of northern Portugal.

The location offers easy access to traditional villages, local cafés, and authentic restaurants, while larger towns like Amarante and Penafiel are within a short drive. Perfect for a tranquil getaway, ideal for relaxing, exploring nature, and experiencing the region’s culture and gastronomy.

The nearest train station, Fundão (Linha da Beira Baixa), is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, offering regional and intercity connections.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) in Porto is about a 2 hour 30 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
