「No housekeeping- we stayed 2 night and they apologized and offered to do it tomorrow- which was the day we left. Shower door had stripping loose, safe did not work at all, bathroom main door would not stay closed so it let sunlight it a daybreak. The hotel staff was unable to find my Bonvoy account until the next day when I showed it to them. People were very kind, just not up to what we would expect」

「I accidentally left a bag containing expensive clothing in my room. While I understand it was my responsibility and I take ownership for that, I am extremely disappointed that it was never turned in to the front desk. I have stayed at this location multiple times this year and have always chosen this hotel because I trusted the service. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion. Because of the way this situation was handled, I will no longer be staying at this location...

「Shower heads are horrible-no pressure, breakfast was wonderful, laminate floor in room was sticky from cleaner, pillows were thin and old, bed was great, not enough places to put items in bathroom or room, staff was amazingly helpful, professional, and hospitable.」

「The apt is great. Very cute and immaculately clean. Quiet despite being on the frontage road. Our stay would’ve been perfect but the WiFi was not working and we couldn’t find the modem/router. So no wifi meant no tv since it’s streaming. We wanted to get home to use the wifi since cell service in town was bad, but no luck. One of the bathroom sinks was clogged so we had to be using the kitchen sink. Parking is limited (and tight) to one spot since it’s 6 units together in the building.」
