Me paso que tenia mi cuarto y cuando fui estaba alguien adentro y era uno del mismo personal desde la 1:00am sono la alarma del fuego 🔥 asta las 3 de la mañana no dormí pienso que alguien estaba fumando y por eso se prendía la alarma de fuego fue terrible mi estancia allí no lo recomiendo para nada

Overall it was what we expected - it was priced lower than others in the area for this day. Breakfast was provided, but very limited. Soaps were at a minimum. No coffee/tea makers for the room. But staff was great, friendly and helpful. It was clean, and we had a restful night.

Booked a deluxe king and when i got there the receptionist said the maids were still cleaning rooms and tried to get me into a queen, I informed here i booked the deluxe. She then went to the computer and gave me a standard kind, did not know this until i went to the room and discovered it was a standard. I came down stairs and complained about it and she informed me if i wasn't satisfied I could get my money back and go to a different hotel.

Elevator to 5th floor worked great. Room was clean. Bed fairly comfortable. Commode was very low, like at an elementary school. Air conditioner blew loud, but worked. Woke to the sound of the dumpster being emptied before 6am. The pool was ok, not very clean or maintained, like swimming in a clear stock pond minus the fish. The IHOP next door had good food. Ample items at this hotel breakfast area. Many workers in the area stay here. Smokers out the door to the back parking lot and pool. A small dog wrapped in a blanket with some snack food by the side door. Police and ambulance arrived early morning for a male disturbance trying to get into rooms. Check out was easy.

If you want OVER THE TOP customer service,, you need to stay here!! After a very stressful day the front desk (Misty) took care of me!! I can't give her enough praise!! And it wasn't towards me! I was able to observed her with other customers and she made everyone feel good! It Was a VERY busy evening for her!! The room was nice & clean!! I will stay here again. They allow pets, the only tiny issue is not much space for the dogs to do their job. No Big Deal for all of the other Pluses!!

Oh coming in I was not even acknowledged by the front desk for several minutes even with standing right in front of her, she was very lacking in communication and customer service overall, I booked a double queen room and on check in was gave a double room, when I went down to inquire about the room issue I was completely dismissed, as it was gave the impression the clerk was hoping I just didn’t notice and it was basically a “oh well” situation to her, the tv didn’t work, the hair dryer didn’t work the ac was struggling, the shower was also not the best and if you are over 5ft forget being under the shower head. Overall just skip this location and go to another for the price that’s better.

Upon reviewing with family members the rooms were not clean as should have been. My room was fine. Place was updated but not as clean as it could have been. I've stayed here more than once, but may choose to stay elsewhere in the future when in Amarillo.

Definitely too much noise! I understand the hotel is tight on the freeway but the windows were awful causing much noise from the freeway. It was also filthy. Someone had written “Help” from the dirt in the window. The hallway smelled like stale smoke. I endured four the one night I needed. Wouldn’t do more than that.

The room was clean, but an odor of pet urine was evident. Pet friendly has its downside. We had no pets. We enjoyed a hot breakfast at IHOP next door, easily walking distance.
