“Our stay was a 2 night stay we came on Sunday afternoon and leaving Tuesday afternoon. As far as customer service the concierge of Expedia Yennifer Perez went above and beyond to accommodate for every complaint that went wrong as far as rooms. Rooms were said to be newly renovated but definitely were missing alot necessary things. As far as my room there were missing shower caps, toothpaste, shaver & a towel for our 4 guests. We complained multiple times and Yennifer reached out multiple times……
