“Book elsewhere or you will face many trails and tribulations. I started reading the reviews after booking and I wasn’t able to cancel so I decided to be optimistic. But EVERYTHING I feared took place down to the bugs inside of my husband suitcase, leaking ceilings, my daughter vomiting all afternoon and night after she ate lunch, room transfer. It was truly an exhausting experience. ”

“It is a very good spot, close to the historic center, the room is decent , clean, hot water which works, wifi, they have water in the lobby and coffee if you need. The staff is the best always friendly and atentive,specially Markus, but all of them are great.I booked for 3 nights originally which I was going to stay but the next day i hear constructions, so had to leave one day earlier and the hotel refunded my last night. Really appreciate what they did. It is a greta place. Would come again.……

“The room was great! Very clean and spacious. Most people in our group of 9 got sick. Not sure if from food or drinks… if you’re a nonmember, you do not have access to any of the nicer amenities. The resort layout is confusing, not very easy to navigate by walking.”
