「We really enjoyed our stay! Customer service was A-1!」

「The sargassum infestation made this a complete waste of money. Most people plan trips 6 months in advance, like I did. This was a complete waste of money. There were at most 5 people at the property, no one gave us the word or a gigantic discount for this trip. Many lessons learned. The biggest is that I will never use Expedia again. Back to Costco Travel. They know how to treat their customers.」

「The hotel is conveniently located on the beach with easy access to central San Pedro. It has a nice pool in the front and a lounge area on the top floor. The apartment is very modern with all the conveniences needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen with new appliances. Unfortunately, there was a serious ant problem which was reported to the office. Also, the city and a bar across the street are taking volumes of sargassum out of the sea and piling it up on the road across from...
