「Our overall stay was great ! My only complaint was the smoke detector in the room woke us ip at 4 am and there was no fire the battery was dead the next night the room next to us alarm went off for hours before they came to stop only after I called. The staff was wonderful and friendly about taking care of the concerns. Yes I would recommend the resort just have them check your smoke detector lol」

「The staff paid close attention to detail. They arranged everything for me, from the pick-up service to the golf cart waiting at the villa. The villa was spotless, and they managed the mosquitoes effectively. When I had a problem with one of the fire alarms, they responded promptly to fix it. I highly recommend this villa—it's definitely worth the price.」

「Close to everything」

「This one bedroom was directly over the beach area and the smell of the sargassum took over! It also needs to be updated! Older property on the island. The unit was very basic. Definitely call ahead of time to see what unit you’re paying for. When it rained the ceiling in the bedroom started to leak but they did refund me for that night. That was my last night in that unit. The kitchen had what they called, “crazy ants.” That really bothered me! They did come and spray and put some ant trap down…...

What truly made the difference was Norman. He was outstanding, very helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. It is rare to come across someone that attentive. He made our stay smooth and stress free, and because of him we would definitely come back. Highly recommend.」

「This property was simply amazing. It was nice quiet tucked away but not to far from the party. The property staff were amazing from the time I booked until the time we departed. They assisted us to back and forth to beach complementary a back and forth to the water taxi to go on our excursions. The rooms were gorgeous just as advertised and very spacious. I will definitely be bringing my family back to just stay here and enjoy Belize.」

「GREAT LOCATION」

「Checked in, met the staff (who were fantastic), met the mosquitoes (who were even more numerous), and checked out. The hotel was clean, the staff was kind and helpful, and the room had all the basics. Unfortunately, it also came with what felt like an all-inclusive mosquito experience. After an island-wide power outage and a losing battle with the local mosquito community, we decided our vacation could be better spent elsewhere. Five stars for the staff. The mosquitoes would probably give it...
