「At a superficial level, this hotel is stunningly opulent with regular use of water features. I walk with the aid of a cane because of balance issues and the hotel offered too many risks of falling. As a result I didn't use the spa or plunge pool in my room. Staff were consistently brilliant. My room had 6 component and was spotless.」

Situated close to the city walls, taxis and transport can drop you right at the door — a real advantage when you see so many tourists dragging their suitcases through the Medina. Being on the edge means zero hassle, yet it’s still only a 15‑minute walk to the main square. Hamid and the team are exceptional. 「The property was delightful- so esthetically done up and with such thoughtful details. The staff was very courteous and helpful and always so good with any requests we made. The hospitality was so heartwarming- we were served hot tea and cookies when we arrived and were served lunch as soon as we were ready for it. The swimming pool was perfect for our 5-year old and he loved being in there. The breakfast was all home made and fresh with different items served each time- the yogurt, amlou, honey...
