"Staff was welcoming, clean room, great stay!"

"The cook did not show up, so we had to go out to breakfast. Just around the block, so not a big deal. I was a little concerned about parking, but the local garage was just $10 overnight, and the staff gave good advice about the how to get in and out. The room was very nice. A property that could only happen in Richmond."

"Breakfast was just ok. Parking was very tight and not all elevators were not working there, so we had to walk to another floor with all our stuff to get to our room from parking. Room had several things not working, which I reported to staff. Best thing about the motel was the staff. They were very friendly and accommodating. Will probably try a different motel next time we come for this yearly event. "

"We were in Richmond for a college tour and this hotel was perfect for what we were looking for. The rooms are a great size and the staff was AMAZING. If our student commits to VCU, we will ALWAYS use this hotel!"

"We didn’t have breakfast, but the bar was great, and offered a pool table and stand up shuffle board that kept the kids occupied. Food was very good as well. "

"Property was per friendly, but the building itself was old and not kept up. The rooftop sitting area was not open in early April when we stayed there, nor was it easily accessible. Not worth the price or the high rating."
