“The hotel's location was great, as it sits atop a hill overlooking the city of Gondar. It does make for quite a walk into the city itself. If you are not up for walking, there's usually a tuk tuk hanging out outside, or you can have the hotel call a taxi. It's convenient to eat at the hotel, especially during the fasting time, however their food was palatable but not the greatest. The staff was friendly though, and there's a great souvenir shop located outside of the hotel as well. Besides……

I went for Simien for three days and my mother, which doesn't speak English, stayed at the hotel. All the staff took care of her like family! Also the manager, Miracle, was awesome!! “Great service, huge villas, traditional dishes were very good. WiFi is so-so and only available in reception and restaurant. Nice big pool if you’re there when it’s hot enough. Hot water and huge showers. Incredible views and beautiful landscaping. ”

“2023年9月に宿泊。 空港からの送迎は200ブル、貸切なら1300ブル。空港から30分から1時間かかります。他に公共交通機関がないので宿泊時に事前に送迎を予約することをお勧めします。 立地は良く、ラリベラの中心の広場から10分程度の徒歩圏内。教会群からも徒歩で10分程度です。丘の上に立っており、客室からの景色もいいです。 客室は清潔です。ややトイレとシャワーに汚れがあります。雨季のため蚊が多かったですが、次の日の清掃から室内にスプレーをして対応してくれました。 アムハラ州内の内戦中のため、州内全域でWiFi使用できず。 地下にレストランが併設されており、エチオピア料理、スパゲッティなどがあります。 オーナーとスタッフはとても親切で、要望にも応えてくれます。 I stayed at this hotel in Sep 2023. “Fasil, the manager, sent the hotel shuttle to pick us up at the airport. The hotel was modern but with marble floors and high ceilings to keep it cool. It had a great restaurant especially for breakfast which was included. It had a terrace which was obviously a favorite gathering spot for locals as well as guests. Overall the service was great and the rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable.”

“I had an excellent stay, as always. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet and airy, with beautiful flowers and bird in the garden. And with a short walk to the wonderful Lalibela churches, it is the perfect place to stay. ”
