「Home was very clean, welcoming and well decorated. Loved the later fenced in back yard. Check in and check out process was very simple. Kitchen , bathroom and bedrooms were well stocked with everything you need. I really enjoyed our stay at this home .」

「Very clean, basic studio apt. Excellent communication from owner. Good location」

「Small unit behind the main house. The two steps at entry were quite high. A challenge for senior citizens. Also a step down to two main bedrooms and a step down to tv room. Bedrooms on one side of the house were too warm and on the other side were in sync with A/C. Location was very convenient. But also close to less than desirable neighborhoods. We had everything we needed and host checked in to make sure we did. Would we stay there again? Probably not.」

「Extremely clean and host was very responsive. Enjoyed our stay」

「Everything about the weekend was great. We had some initial concern about the address of the property, as it did not seem to be the same as what I had seen in the listing, but Patrice cleared up any confusion with a quick response to our email.I would definitely stay here again!David」

「When we pulled into the driveway and saw the rental in real time we were a little concerned it would be too small but we were pleasantly pleased with the inside spaces. Plenty of bedrooms for a larger family. The living/kitchen area was a bit small. Had a very cozy feeling but on the second floor there was two bedrooms with a rather large 2nd living room. Very clean home. Beautifully decorated. Very functional for our needs. Location suited our plans. 」

「Would book again」

「Great location for Dyngus Day! Everything was brand new. Easy to find. More than enough street parking. Host answered all our questions. Beds were comfy. 」

「Very close to restaurants and night life. Quick drive into downtown; very convenient. Very clean and comfortable stay! Highly recommend」

「Great place」

「La comunicación con la propiedad fue muy ágil y amable. El lugar para nuestra finalidad fue excelente. Es muy tranquilo. Los vecinos muy respetuosos. Hay medios de transporte muy cerca. Canisius cerca. Delaware Park cerca. La casa muy segura. Cómoda. Amplia. Los servicios a total disposición. Pasamos un tiempo muy agradable. Cómodos. Tranquilos. Todo excelente!!」

「We were warm while we slept due to only 2 window ac units in bedrooms and only 1 fan. Would have been nice to have ac turned on to cool house for our arrival. We thought an ac added to living room would cool down all rooms. It unexpected to be asked to take off shoes but left our feet black when we did that. We did enjoy some charming accents, woodwork but would not stay again in summer with only 2 window ac units.」

「I’ve stayed here multiple times when visiting family. Always a pleasant and comfortable stay. The shower felt amazing」

「We stayed at this beautiful home on 6/12/26 as we had our daughters birthday party downtown and we live 45 minutes away and it was extremely convenient for our family to stay close to the venue. The house was very clean and the beds were all very comfortable. It was supplied with 2 separate kitchens that were stocked with everything you would need right down to coffee makers including coffee. The host Christine was great to work with and replied to my emails with answers to my questions...

「House was great and in a fantastic location. We walked to the park, art gallery and some great restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!!Only suggested upgrade (if looking to make any) would be to upgrade at least one of the double beds to another king.」

「I do not recommend staying in this house. We rented it for two nights and unfortunately we couldn’t even stay the second night. We used one of the bathrooms, one time and the second bathroom one time and after using the second bathroom, the one time it clothed. Would not unclog and we had to wait until the following day for a plumber. We had to go to the gas station to use the bathroom for the first day we were there. When we were looking for a plunger to try and unclog the toilet, we noticed...

「We had a fabulous stay! The home is even better in person. Very clean and beautifully appointed. My husband and I and our two adult children stayed for a night before a Bills game. We all slept comfortably and had plenty of room to spread out. We will be back!」
