「Our room had some deficiencies, curtains not on hooks, refrigerator not working and could get no one to bring a substitute one. Elevators (2 out of 3) not working, but they did get that up and running within a day.
Staff was very nice and considerate. Hotel was clean and offered all the things we needed just some of them did not work.」
