“Overall an excellent over night stay. Clean room, clean linen, clean bathroom, staff courteous and friendly. Breakfast was good. Ample parking. Perfect location to Sight and Sound Theater.”

“We were very happy with our stay at Comfort Inn Lancaster at Rockvale. It's quite close to the American Music Theatre, where we were attending a concert. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The room met our needs and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was included and coffee was available 24 hours a day (in addition to small coffee makers inside the rooms). One thing worth mentioning for other travelers is that accommodations seemed to cater to shorter people. The dining……

“The property is extremely well maintained both inside and out. Upon arrival, I was great by one of the owners (Mike) and given a brief tour of the property and the grounds. He showed me to my room and let me know he would answer any questions he could about my stay or the area. The room was immaculate. The bedding was in top shape as were the furnishings in the room. The bathroom was as clean as the rest of the room. I was not able to hear any noises either in the hallway or outside while……

“The room was dirty upon arrival, the shower head was covered in grime, and both the sheets and pillows had a strong musty odor. Several electrical outlets in the room did not work, and the toilet would not flush properly. Overall, the condition of the room fell well below expectations and was very disappointing.”

“i liked the option of a soft, fluffy pillow among the others on the bed. Several options for pools from the outdoor pool to the large hot tub to the pool for serious swimmers. The Inn was very nice overall.”

“Disappointing Stay: Poor Management, Dirty Sheets, and Misleading Communication. We booked two rooms for a single night via Expedia to celebrate Father’s Day and our daughter’s birthday. When we pulled back the covers on the main bed, the sheets were covered in hairs of varying lengths. We texted the front desk using their QR code system to ask for fresh sheets. We were told to text when we were ready, which we did. After waiting over 20 minutes with no delivery, we texted again. When sheets……

“Not a lot of carpet in the room, the floor and bathroom felt clean. There was no microwave in the room, but there was one at the end of the hallway, which was easy to use with a few tables set up. There is coffee at the front lobby. There was a small refrigerator in the room. The hotel was safe comfortable my kids enjoyed the nice warm hot tub and the cooler pool. It wasn’t inexpensive stay for our weekend. My only complaint is the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Low to the ground and cheap……

“There were no cottages available when we got there for our reservation. They were all unlocked and under construction. We had to find another place to stay. It appeared that homeless might have taken over due to the piles of personal items on the porches. This would have been our fifth year staying there. I don’t know what happened to the place.”
