Rooms were nice and staff was helpful. Property though was showing some age with nicks, scratches and marks across furniture, walls and hallways. Overall a convenient and fairly quiet place to stay in Amman.

The staff was really helpful. The reception manager was a gentleman and cae about my request. The location is great next to Galleria mall. The room was very comfortable and clean.
