「提早預定湖景套房、因為靠湖邊所以比較潮溼、所以房間不是很理想跟櫃檯更換靠前區的房間裝潢是新裝修好的＇因為是家庭旅遊，所以其中有一間是三人房實在有夠棒比想像中的還美、房間區有三個床位，還有一個客廳區分隔開來因為是實木地板，所以都是拖鞋在裡面走動就像在家裡一樣有夠讚，早餐豐盛非常完美，這家飯店離新天鵝堡很近，高天鵝堡更近10分鐘、就可以走上去，晚上還可以在湖邊散步是所有的飯店地理位置最棒的、早上去新天鵝堡中午還可以回去休息，下午再去高天鵝堡」

「房間感覺整齊，我們住在有屋頂的房間，有天窗，帶著小孩有多一個小床房間，地方寬敞舒適，人員親切，還有泳池桑拿，可惜我們沒有使用，在飯店能直接買楚格峰的車票，很方便。」

「We visited Schloss Neuschwanstein during the day, and stayed in the hotel. It's very nice , cosy and clean in the room. Good beer and desert in the restaurant. Had a wonderful and relax time during the stay. Highly recommended if you drive while visiting Schloss Neuschwanstein.」

「Wir waren auf der Durchreise für 1 Nacht im Hotel Blaue Gams. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Unser Zimmer war zwar klein aber sehr gemütlich. Für 1 Nacht passte es. Das FrühstücksBuffet war sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr gut. Auf jeden Fall dort essen und nicht wo anders hin gehen.」

「Ein fantastisches Hotel mit herausragender Architektur und tollem Kunstangebot. Die Werke im Hotel und das angeschlossene Museum bieten eine tolle Gelegenheit, Kunst unmittelbar zu erfahren. Es ist außergewöhnlich und großartig, dass der Hotelbetreiber die Gäste an seiner Kunst in dieser Weise teilhaben lässt. 「The hotel was not bad but the female owner was not friendly to the family with a child. We were shocked when we checked out and the bill has been added an extra charge for our small kid though we didn't have the extra bed,and they didn't tell us in advance when we checked in . She even didn't explain anything until we found the price was not correct and she said everyhotel was different...though we never been treated like this time...And the quilt had a bad smell since wasnot washed for a long...
