"Hmm. This is a very good property and would be excellent anywhere else in the world but standards in Greece/Crete are very high. It's a little gloomier inside photos suggest with only limited natural light. There is construction work going on literally adjacent to the property currently so expect some noise and essentially the outdoor balcony space is off-limits during the daytime. "This was by far the most unique, amazing hotel we stayed at on the island of Crete. Upon arrival we were given fresh-squeezed lemonade made from their own lemon trees. The staff was so friendly! "This is a beautifully presented and well equiped holiday home. We had a wonderful stay. The outside space is superb with views towards the sea and mountains. On the day we arrived there was no water supply - from time to time this happens in the area, water supply is cut off temporarily. We learned from the guest information. It was turned on again within 24 hours and we did contact the host to supply us with some water in the meantime to help with toilet flushing and hand washing. Some prior warning about the water supply would have been helpful. "
