No me gusto el trato de front desk, me to o pagar mas de $300 dllrs por un cambio de avitacion por que dijieron que es culpa de Expedia por las fotos que ponen uno cree que las avitaciones son do dobles, y no es verdad asi que page extra por un cuarto de dos camas

⚠️ BE VERY CAREFUL WITH EXPEDIA’S “24-HOUR CANCELLATION” POLICY ⚠️ I am sharing my experience because I do not want another traveler to end up paying hundreds or thousands of dollars because they believe the 24-hour cancellation policy means their entire booking will automatically be refunded. I booked a vacation package through Expedia that included both flights and a hotel. When I needed to cancel, I contacted Expedia within the cancellation period and specifically asked the Expedia representatives to cancel my hotel reservation. The problem was that the Expedia agents did not properly cancel the hotel portion of my booking. As a result, I was left responsible for the hotel charge, even though I had contacted Expedia and attempted to cancel the reservation within the applicable cancellation period. What is especially frustrating is that Expedia advertises a 24/7 customer-service experience, yet when you are actually trying to cancel something, you can be transferred between agents and told different things. If an Expedia representative tells you that they are canceling your hotel reservation, make sure you receive written confirmation that the hotel has actually been canceled.
