“ Instalaciones del hotel: En general son buenas, la alberca con vista al mar es linda y el personal de la alberca siempre está al pendiente de lo que necesitas, con respecto a la habitación nos tocó una de las nuevas, es amplia y con buena iluminación, lo que mejoraría sería el colchón y las almohadas son muy incómodas y como recomendación agregaría un black out a la ventana. Restaurantes: Las opciones que tienes para comer dentro del hotel son buenas opciones, desde la primera vez que fuimos……

“We had an excellent stay at Dreams. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Our room was super clean and had lovely flowers on the bed each day. So many pools and yummy restaurants. So many fun activities and wonderful tours you can book.”

“La WiFi no sirve jeje y la tv solo es cable tv de paga y son pet friendly solo para que la mascota duerma en la habitación en Huatulco no aceptan mascotas en playas entonces si es de considerarse llevar a su mascota si no las aceptan en muchos lugares y no tienes donde dejarlo :( pero de ahí en fuera las camas muy cómodas el personal muy amable todo accesible y cerca del hotel”

“Villablanca was the perfect vacation place- great location- a 15 minute walk to La Crucecita or Santa Cruz and close to Many restaurants and beaches, or a easy and reasonable taxi ride. The grocery store Chedraui a 5-minute walk.away. The hotel isn't super fancy but very quaint and clean and has an authentic mexican feel. Amazing breakfast, and great pool area,.Hotel restaurant and Beach club restaurant had great food and specials! Our room was very clean, bed and pillows comfortable and air……

“El aire acondicionado de mi habitación estaba con hongos, tengo rinitis alérgica y me puse mal el 1er día me desperté con una crisis donde no podía respirar por la nariz, aun que tome medicamento la presencia de esas partículas no me permitían estar bien, el resto de la semana no descanse, eso mermo disfrutar las amenidades en el hotel, si bien mandaron a limpiar, yo les mostré fotos donde aún se veía la contaminación, por eso mi estancia la califico como terrible, porque por el tipo de hotel……

“Es un hotel con instalaciones nuevas. Lástima que no existe una capacitación para el personal para la atención de servicio al cliente. Teníamos 2 reservaciones y solo querían darme una habitación, que al final querían cobrarme y yo ya las había pagado.”

“Just returned from 11 days at the resort and it could not have been much better. The staff were all fantastic! We had a great time durning the day with Francisco and Jose at the upper bar/restaurant and the evening staff with Ixtel and Eric were always there to make sure we were looked after!!
