"Booked our 2 week vacation based on the photos on Expedia and the Mansiones Cruz Del Mar websites. Pictures of the Master Suite looked awesome. What we stayed in are the pictures of the Junior Suite but paid for the fancy Master Suite. Web pictures are very misrepresenting and services that were to be provided were not. Shame on you. Pool area was very nice until the pool filter system quit and the pool turned green. That lasted for over a week. The sewer smell that would filter through our room...
