「Pros: staff was very helpful. Room service and calling cabs ok. AC was working very well. Room was very clean. Complimentary breakfast buffet was great. Cons: Fridge was not cold at all. Inside of fridge was moldy. Toilet required 2 full flushes. Toilet smelled bad after flushing. Washroom wall mirror was too dark to use.」

「Such a unique property filled with history . The staff are amazing , especially sardarji who help Man the gate - he was every helpful and mad sure that I got too and from the golden temple safely in the early hours of the morning . Nothing is too much for the personnel at the hotel 」
