A very well run property. If you have mobility issues then sadly this is not suitable as the flights of stairs are very steep. My room overlooked the Square, yet very little noise got in when the window was closed. The housekeeping was very attentive. Fresh towels every day and the bed remade. Breakfast was plentiful and was topped up right up to the 10.00 deadline. All in all, a very pleasent hotel to stay in.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was definitely an older property, and room could had been cleaned better. I would only recommend if you want to stay close to the City Center and like a cheap place.

First and foremost most, there was NO elevator, so we had to drag our luggage 3 flights of stairs…. there was no A/C, the property was very run down, the location was OK, we felt what we paid for 2 nights was way way overpriced!

The staff was wonderful here. Kind and helpful. They brought up my heavy suitcases without asking. The sheets and towels were clean. We had a room facing the square and loved hearing all the energy from below. When we shut the windows the sound proofing was excellent. Set your expectations and you will not be disappointed. This is an old building with tired carpets etc and uneven floors. The character was fun for our last two days in Europe.

Convenient location and right on the Rembrandtplein. Many dining options close by the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good. A downside was the hotel's rather steep stairs and with luggage can be taxing as no elevators . The room had no AC but they brought a fan which was fine. The shared bathroom was exceptionally small. Overall a nice stay and good value for the money.

The hotel is pretty central and it's easy to walk to all the tourist sights. The breakfast was substantial. There was always hot water for showers. The staff were helpful.
