We asked for rooms in the upper level which they promised, they gave us the ground floor instead. Also we paid for 5 nights but we only stayed for 3 nights. We requeated a refund for the other 2 days and they still haven't gave us any.

The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. And we highly recommend renting bikes from the hotel and biking in to central Amsterdam -- it's a lovely ride!

This hotel felt like a converted office building. Our “three-person” room was just three twin beds in a row, barracks-style, with no privacy. No upgrade options were available. The shower water was scalding hot and unusable, and the room phone didn’t work to contact the front desk. Overall, even a Motel 6 in the U.S. offers cleaner rooms, better amenities, and friendlier staff

Very nice & quiet area with a metro station only a short 5 minute walk which gets you to the centre within 20 minutes. Very easy to check in and check out without hassle and the room was very spacious and clean. Have zero complaints.

Very convenient to a metro station, very clean, and the staff is excellent. Only one minor issue…neither of the available usb ports worked at charging either of my devices. Without a EU two pronged plug, I couldn’t charge my devices. Overall, very happy with the stay.

The Staff were nice , but the sower drain was flooded , in addition, we found 1 one of the bed sheets dirty with blood in it . Anyway, hopefully next time you will improve the cleanliness.

An sich war es schön. Leider war das Hotel Zimmer nicht so sauber wie ich es erwartet habe. Das hätte etwas gründlicher sauber gemacht werden können. (In den Ecken und was Staub angeht, der Boden im Badezimmer), ebenfalls sind die Möbel etwas abgenutzt. Was ebenfalls nicht so toll war; als wir früher einchecken wollten(ca.45min früher) und das Zimmer schon fertig war hätten wir dies nur gegen Aufpreis machen können. Nach 20 min warten ging dies kostenlos. War dann auch ok. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut, für jeden ist etwas dabei;) Im Großen und Ganzen würden wir trotzdem wieder kommen:) Fußläufig ist das Bijmer(Arena) Zentrum schnell zu erreichen, Perfekt um Essen zu gehen oder etwas zu Bummeln ;) Dort gibt es auch die Metro die zur Centraal Station fährt. Die Metro Station Bullewijk ist 3 min vom Hotel entfernt, was super ist!

Great and convenient, near the Bullewijk metro stop. Cozy room, we felt very comfortable for our long stay. If I do another trip to Amsterdam I'd reserve here with my eyes closed.

The hotel is neat and efficient as a place to sleep after a day sightseeing in the city. We got upgraded to a room that sleeps 4. With just two of us, we found it spacious, with a great bathroom. It had the basic amenities, although lacked a box of tissues that I normally find in other comparable properties. It's not in Amsterdam proper, but the nearby Bullewijk Metro Station makes it accesible from downtown. While there is not much to do in the immediate surroundings, the Bijlmer Arena station (one before Bullewijk) is a gateway to shopping, eating, and entertainment. The Bijlmer Arena station is also a great link other cities in the Netherlands.
