Really good location next to metro station, about 30 minutes straight from Amsterdam-Centraal. Clean modern rooms with brilliant air conditioning. Easy check in and check out.

We had a great stay, the room was clean and had everything we needed. The location worked well for us, very close to public transportation with easy access to the core of Amsterdam. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is in a very good location- easy to travel to from Amsterdam Schiphol airport. There is a metro station and trams 30 yards away. There are shops, restaurants and supermarkets 10-15 min walk away from the hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful and approachable. The room was clean, modern and obtained all the necessary amenities.

The property was very modern and easily accessible with tram, bus and metro right on the doorstep. N.B. You can hear this from your room so if you're easily disturbed I wouldn't recommend however we had no issue. The room was overall clean however there were the odd bits around the room and under the bed missed but nothing major. We also wanted a double bed but ended up with two singles together.

Really lovely and helpful staff and the room was basic but extremely clean and a good size. Our only complaint is that we were given two twin beds pushed together (despite booking a double) and the pillows were very uncomfortable.

Excellent stay
Very warm welcome, polite and courteous staff who answered all questions about hotel and the city. Very easy to find our room and very accessible building. The shower in the room was excellent as well as the heater and AC which was ver responsive. On our check out day due to a transport issue returning to the hotel we missed our check out time. However after a quick message, we were given time to return and collect our belongings and sort out the room before leaving, rather than having to collect our items and luggage from a storage room. For that we are very thankful. All in all a great place to stay for a short city break and will book again if we visit the lovely city of Amsterdam again. 10/10 ps best bowl of mints ever

Very nice hotel
Very nice hotel, our room was confortable, even if there is no window. For the price, it totally worth it! Moreover, the hotel is well situated, with the metro to the center just next to it.

A/c filter was really dirty unit struggling to take in air and refrigerant noise abit loud but can’t be helped, they need a service team in place Staff are amazing and really polite 10 out of 10 Bed is the worse bed iv ever slept on, felt like a prison bed and pillows are in the same pit. Breakfast in the more is Great not many options to pick from hot food, more cold food there. Coffee 10/10 and juice.

The hotel has a welcoming attitude. It is a beautifully kept building with very friendly & helpful staff. There is a metro station next door making travel easy and accessible. The only downside is the lack of shops / food amenities in the immediate area. Overall, great place and would happily stay again.

The hotel is basic no hot food for breakfast,no bar in hotel rooms are very small with most having no windows. Rooms were very noisy and you could hear everything in the corridor and the next room also.We asked for a double bed and were given two single beds pushed together and two single duvets. After the first night the changed us to a double bed and even the two single duvet were on the bed.The hotel is a bit too far outside of the main city centre but there is a bus, tram, and metro outside the door but it takes 20 minutes to get to town.

Very clean room and bathroom. Accommodating staff — allowed us to keep our bags locked until we returned to check in in the late evening. Very easy to get to/from by public transit (bus, metro).

The staff is amazing and welcoming since the check in Mustapha at the reception was very helpful and professional. Andar also was very welcoming and friendly. I would come back to this hotel just because of the staff as the down side is the bad smell in the corridor between the rooms it smells very bad

It was a clean comfortable room that pretty much had all we needed. Quite far out but transport links are good. Cannot open windows and air-conditioning didn't work. Nive bed linen and bathroom. Good value for money

Staff are really friendly, room was clean however beware you could be walking in to a room with Anne Frank on the wall was quite a shock to begin with. Public transport was really easy to access and had multiple options nearby. If you are booking just beware that checking in age is 23!

Good little hotel. Only downside, no cleaning done over 5 days stay in the room despite requesting, no change of sheets. Only towels and never gotten the same size over the 5 days so had to use small ones.

Nice stay, would recommend!
Excellent stay - the room was clean, comfortable and modern and had excellent transport links right outside. We were able to store our luggage and check in around an hour earlier than planned.

Was a bit hesitant about this place due to mixed reviews but was more on the positive than negative so we decided to try it out and honestly it wasnt bad. Location is literally steps away from the train that takes you to central station or if you dont mind walking and seeing a bit of Amsterdam thats not very touristy, you can also walk there or rent a bike. Id say walking takes about 30mins or so. Room was alright, we got the single room with no windows since we didnt plan on staying in the room much; was 2 single beds to make one, which wasnt the most comfortable but it does the job. Staff was alright, during check in was an older fella that said “Hi”.. “I need your ID/Passport”.. “Pay $$ for the property tax” .. and “heres your room number and key”…wasnt the friendliest of hellos from all other hotels but I mean it is what it is.. Overall, it was decent and would probably come back.

Hotel is just outside of the city centre, however there is a tram/bus/train station just next door. The staff were very helpful in telling us which train/tram to get to where we needed to go.
