The room was the perfect size for our group. The check-in process was easy, and all of the front desk staff were very pleasant, attentive, and helpful. We arrived 5 hours before our scheduled check-in time, and the hotel kindly allowed us to store our luggage so we could explore the city without having to worry about our bags. The cleaning staff were also friendly and did a great job cleaning our room each day. The complimentary hot beverages were a nice added touch! The location is perfect - city center with easy access to the tram and metro. Walking distance to local shops, restaurants, major retail stores. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

This hotel is in the perfect location! Just minutes to great food, the tram, the train station and bars. The hotel has an awesome coffee maker and water dispenser. It was awesome to stay here!

Väldigt fint hotell med helt perfekt läge. Nära till allt men ändå lugnt. Trevlig personal och ok frukost. Ett minus för att det inte finns air condition. Det blev otroligt varmt och fläkten hjälpte inte mycket.

No airconditioning, which we were aware of prior to our 5 nights stay. The staff on reception desk weren’t that helpful, I actually had a meeting with manager and it really left me with the thought … never again Hotel Nova. The cleaning staff were pretty sporadic … we were on ground floor at back and apparently the cleaning started at top floors and we were overlooked. The towels on one day of our stay were folded up dirty and damp and put back on rack as ‘clean towels ‘ when we asked reception for some clean towels we were told they had run out, which manager denied happening. Hotel Nova was situated ideally with nearby tram stop and restuarants nearby and short walk to shopping streets. The breakfast were the only positive with range of different food and friendly helpful staff.

Perfect location, central to all the shops. The room was very comfortable and clean :) I have visited Amsterdam many times and this was my favourite place to stay. I also felt very safe in knowing there was 24h reception!
