Friendly efficient staff. Room was excellent, quirky but really well done with everything you need. Great breakfast fresh and with lots of options. Only snag is the building works nearby and the walk to the tram stop.

Really liked and enjoyed the property, inside. Breakfast included was excellent. Property outside....should have NO smoking within 5 metres of the door, and it should be a requirement that the property sweep up 10 metres daily, infront of the entrance

Lovely hotel. Only issue was the lack of lighting on the corridor which led to difficulties when placing the key card into the socket on first entry. Had to put the torch on my iPhone to obtain some light to see what I was doing.

A real gem of a hotel

Honestly the hotel went above an beyond to accomodate. We stayed in the wellness spa room with panaroma view and balcony .the view was great. Room had a good size jacuzzi and a sauna which was suprisingly good too. Due to an electical fault in the room we had to change rooms. To compensate we were upgraded to a suite. But apart from have a slightly better view to two sides it wasnt all mich better that what we had already. Shower was alot smaller in the upgraded suite. To sum up, if your booking here, you may not wanna leave the room to do anything else in amsterdam! Deffo worth the money.

A great hotel, with friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant and breakfast are excellent. However the rooms are rather dark and the area behind the hotel is a building site, which is a shame. It was well situated for the tram.

We rented bikes at the hotel and had a wonderful experience riding along the canals and through the city. Love the way they incorporated art and architecture reminiscent of the former ship building location to tie in the local history.

Great decor and staff were helpful. Not fault of yours but be good if could get through underneath the train line as would make easier to get to. Thankfully tram stops not too far away
